How your funds are guarded
Your balances are held in institutional custody, with segregated accounts and controlled access. Our internal ledger is checked against the real balance in custody every hour, and any divergence is reviewed by a person.
Limits and human review
Withdrawals above a set threshold are reviewed by a person before being sent. It is the same check that stops an unauthorised payout from leaving without anyone looking, and it can add some delay.

Double-entry ledger
Every balance is the result of entries; there is no editable balance field anywhere.
Hourly on-chain reconciliation
The recorded amount of each asset is compared with what exists in the custody wallets.
Allowed address list
Optional mode: with it on, a new address is locked for a period before the first send. The chosen network’s format is always validated.
Address blocklist
Sanctioned and flagged addresses are updated every day and blocked at the source.
PIN, TOTP and anti-phishing code
Changing your password or PIN suspends withdrawals for a security window, stated in the notice you receive. Every email from us carries your code.
