Terms of Use

Last updated: July 16, 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the PoweX platform ("PoweX", "we", "our"), including the website, the web app, and the Telegram bot. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. What PoweX is

PoweX is a digital crypto asset wallet platform that lets you deposit, withdraw, swap, and track the crypto market, accessible via web and via the Telegram bot. Custody of assets is handled through a third-party custody infrastructure provider; PoweX does not hold on-chain wallet private keys directly — balances shown on the platform reflect the internal accounting record (ledger) kept by PoweX of what is held in that infrastructure on behalf of users.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must have full legal capacity to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials (password, PIN, 2FA code) confidential and for all activity carried out on your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and setting an antiphishing code, both available in Settings.

We may request identity verification (KYC) to unlock higher withdrawal limits — basic verification is not required to deposit, swap, or hold a balance on the platform.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PoweX for:

  • Money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal activity;
  • Fraud, phishing, or attempting to access third-party accounts without authorization;
  • Exploiting system bugs to gain improper financial advantage;
  • Bypassing the platform's limits, checks, or security controls.

4. Account freezing and suspension

PoweX runs an automated custody reconciliation system (hourly comparison between the recorded internal balance and the real balance in the custody infrastructure). If a meaningful discrepancy is detected, withdrawals may be automatically frozen until manual review — this is a protective measure for the funds of all users, not an individual penalty.

Accounts may also be suspended or blocked in case of reasonable suspicion of illegal activity, violation of these Terms, or legal determination. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and explain the reason, subject to any applicable legal confidentiality requirements.

5. Fees

Deposit, withdrawal, and swap operations may be subject to fees, shown before confirming each operation and detailed on the Fees page. Fees may change; the fee applied is always the one shown at the moment the operation is confirmed.

6. Risks

Crypto assets are volatile and carry real risk of loss. PoweX does not provide investment advice, and nothing on the platform should be interpreted as financial recommendation. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible — always double-check address, network, and amount before confirming a withdrawal.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PoweX is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages arising from: blockchain network failures beyond our control, user error when entering a withdrawal address/network, temporary service unavailability, or actions of third parties (including the custody provider).

8. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice, when possible, through the contact channels registered on your account. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent via the Support Center (for logged-in users) or through the official channels published on the site.
